### Cloud Security Posture Review - from EUR 5,000, 1-2 weeks

Gap analysis against the CIS AWS Benchmark and AWS Foundational Security Best Practices, IAM and
guardrail standards, logging and evidence, data protection. Ends with a risk-ordered remediation
plan and a Terraform baseline.

### AWS GenAI Production Readiness - from EUR 5,000, 1-2 weeks

Architecture review for Bedrock workloads across observability, guardrails, evaluations, cost
controls, IaC and scaling. Ends with a production readiness score and a 90-day roadmap.

## Longer engagements

Scoped per client, usually following one of the reviews above.
